He remains closely involved in supporting clients through the claims process, helping to guide them during what can often be a difficult and emotional time, and ensuring everything is handled properly when it matters most.
It’s at claim stage that the real value of advice is seen, and Paul takes pride in making sure clients are supported when they need it most.

Barry oversees the operational and strategic direction of Company Protection, ensuring the business delivers a consistent, high-quality experience for every client.
His focus is on building a structured, well-run service that supports both clients and advisers - making sure processes run smoothly and everything works as it should behind the scenes.
Barry plays a key role in shaping the overall approach of the business, with an emphasis on clarity, consistency, and long-term client outcomes.
Michael Cartwright

I’ve worked in financial services since 2020, initially qualifying as a mortgage and protection adviser after gaining my CeMAP qualification. After several years advising on both mortgages and protection, I made the decision to specialise solely in insurance advice, as I strongly believe this is an area that is too often overlooked and where clients can benefit from greater awareness and support.
That focus ultimately led me to Company Protection, where I help business owners understand the options available to protect both themselves and their businesses.
Having the right plans and safeguards in place can make a significant difference to the financial wellbeing and continuity of a business, as well as providing reassurance for employees and families. My aim is to help clients understand these opportunities clearly and confidently, so they can make informed decisions about the future.
Thomas Marshall

Since 2009, I’ve worked in financial services, supporting clients with tailored advice and protection solutions. Over the years, I’ve developed a strong understanding of the challenges business owners face and the importance of having the right protection arrangements in place.
The part of the role I enjoy most is helping people create financial security - both personally and professionally. Business Protection is an area I’m particularly passionate about, as it enables business owners to protect their companies, employees, and families against unexpected events and future uncertainty.
I pride myself on building trusted relationships and helping clients understand their options clearly, so they can make informed decisions with confidence.
Outside of work, my young family keeps me busy - and I’m also doing my best to convince them that Liverpool F.C. are the team to support.
